Massage Therapist Joins NJ Natural Medicine
Massage therapist Nadia Gritsei has joined Dr. Jason Frigerio’s New Vernon acupuncture and naturopathic medicine practice. Gritsei brings advanced training from the Ohashi Institute for Shiatsu and Acupressure, in New York City, along with studies in pre- and peri-natal massage, lymph drainage, hot stone therapy and other techniques that assist with the healing process. She also trained at the renowned Upledger Institute, the home of craniosacral therapy (CST), a gentle, hands-on method used preventively for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. CST is also proven effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Frigerio is committed to providing the most advanced and comprehensive health care available without the use of drugs or surgery. By treating the whole person, not just a symptom, he provides care that can often be more effective than that of traditional medicine.
“Bringing Nadia into the practice adds another modality to help patients achieve their fullest health potential,” said Frigerio. “She has a wonderful, positive energy and is excited to begin working with new clients.”
