Open House at High Bridge Pilates & Yoga
Wednesday, December 14 • 5 to 8 p.m.
High Bridge Pilates & Yoga MindBody Center is hosting a free open house from 5 to 8 p.m., December 14. Classes include Zumba cardio dance, mat Pilates, and hatha yoga. Students may attend a maximum of three of the open house classes. All fitness levels, ages 15 and over, are welcomed. Space is limited and pre-registration is required for the open house and classes. Attendees can enjoy free refreshments and take advantage of special incentives to register for beginner/introductory sessions that start in January.
In addition, free Vedic Thai assisted yoga bodywork therapy sessions will be offered in 10-minute increments between 5 and 8 p.m. Also known as Nuad Borarn, this therapy is often viewed as assisted stretching and yields a greater range of motion in the joints and muscles. It is practiced fully clothed, one-on-one and on a large floor cushion mat. High Bridge welcomes Nuad Borarn certified therapist Lusmila McColl who delivers this ancient healing tool, which is great for elongating the body, removing stiffness, and relieving inner stress.
Since 2007, High Bridge Pilates & Yoga MindBody has offered classes to inspire men and women to look good, feel good and enjoy better health. With the addition of Zumba dance fitness classes and healing arts, this mind-body center provides students with the tools to achieve all aspects of health and fitness.
Location: The United Methodist Church, 40 Church St., High Bridge. For appointments and registration, email Nancy@HighBridgePilates.com. No drop-ins, please. For more information and a schedule of classes, visit HighBridgePilates.com.
