PhyZeke Boot Camps at The Hills Recreation Center

Four days a week, people are getting the benefits of cardio, weight and core training in hour-long boot camp classes at The Hills Recreation Center, in Basking Ridge. Led by Eseckias Derilus (known as “Zeke”), the first camp is held at 6 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the second camp is at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Holiday gift certificates are also available.

Derilus is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has competed professionally as a body builder (placing 2nd in the 2004 competition in New York). His wife, Sophia, is certified in training and nutrition. Zeke and Sophia run the camps together—Zeke in the lead while Sophia applies personal attention to motivate and check for proper technique.

As a personal trainer for more than 15 years, Zeke is passionate about transforming his clients’ view about getting in shape and seeing results. “My indoor boot camp gets results,” says Derilus, adding, “if you are committed to change—your waist, your weight, or just tone your body—show up at boot camp.  Working together we will deliver the results you’re looking for and have a good time doing it.”
