We are a small studio welcoming "every body." Regular weekly classes include multi-level, gentle/beginner, "warm & slow," prenatal, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, & T'ai Chi Chih. We continue to live stream most of our classes so you can practice in the comfort of your own home. Free videos are available on our website--we've got everything from prenatal, to Chair Yoga, to Meditation & wellness practices! Check our website for special classes & workshops.
