Bring your morning coffee, or enjoy some of ours, and learn simple relaxation and self-care techniques to reduce stress, raise consciousness and bring wellness into your life.

The event will be held alternating Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:30am at Wellness Rocks! in Clinton. Topics and demonstrations will vary by week. Upcoming dates include April 7 and 21.
