Free Tai Chi Chih Introductory Course in June

Qi Gong for Healing Center is proud to host Dr. Janet M. Oussaty, an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor for more than 15 years, for this series of 19 movements and one still pose. On Monday, June 15, Dr. Oussaty will conduct a free introductory class at the Qi Gong for Healing Center, from 6-7 p.m.

Developed in 1974, Tai Chi Chih has steadily gained popularity via word-of-mouth by students who enjoy its simplicity and gentleness. The movements can be comfortably done either standing or seated. Practitioners tell of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits they enjoy from their participation. Among these are stress reduction, increased balance and bone density, better mental focus and increased energy.

Come and bring a friend. Please wear comfortable clothes and soft soled shoes or sneakers. No prior experience is necessary.

Location: Qi Gong for Healing Center, 67 Mountain Blvd., in Warren. For information, call 908-647-1563. QiGongForHealing.com.
