Be Here Now Yoga, located in Flemington, is offering a workshop that will help participants transform both their bodies and their lives. This twelve-week program, a certified TLS Weight Loss Solution, focuses on scientifically proven techniques for sustained weight loss. The program will be facilitated by holistic health coach, Karen Sammer, who offers a unique perspective on weight loss, having successfully lost 135 pounds.
