Boutique Studio in Far Hills Grows

After almost four years of residency in the idyllic town of Far Hills, Trepta Yoga has certainly made a positive name for itself and continues to aim at expanding its reach and offerings in the name of health and wellness for all.

Founded by Erica Jung 500 E-RYT in 2011, Trepta has become synonymous with quality and care in an industry flooded with options. Jung left a budding and beloved career in nursing when she simply couldn’t accept how many patients were facing stress related issues and knew there was a better way to treat them, and that started at the root, not the symptom. Having already trained for two months in India in the Science of Yoga, Jung started applying integrative health to her Western medicine setting to overwhelming response. This inspired creating Trepta which means “thirst for knowledge” with the intention of empowering people to take their own health and happiness into their own hands.

“People can tell you how you should feel or be to attain happiness, but nothing is more powerful than experiencing it for yourself,” says Jung. “That’s Trepta. We just hold the space for you and give you the tools.”

If you were looking for something different that’s much more than meets the eye, you’ve found your home here.
