RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training in Flemington

[dropcap]B[/dropcap]e Here Now Yoga is offering a RYT-200 Teacher Training this fall for students who are consider becoming yoga teachers, or for those who want to deepen their practice.

The training will include the required components of asana, pranayama and meditation, as well as the history of yoga, teaching methodology, ethics and business. What makes this training unique is its focus on training teachers who are interested in teaching true beginners, restorative yoga, yoga in a chair and yoga at the wall.

Karen Walsh, RYT-500, is both owner and head teacher at Be Here Now Yoga. Karen, who has lived with MS for 20 years and who herself has done yoga to help with cervical and lower back injuries and knee and hip trauma believes her own body experiences contribute to her teaching style. A lifelong student and teacher, Karen brings 28 years’ experience in the classroom and four years in the yoga studio to this training.

Be Here Now Yoga teacher training begins in September 2016 and meets one weekend a month through June 2017. This June, July and August there are nine free intros session to learn more about the training.
