[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ew Jersey has heart. Tap into it with the most effective meditation practice you’ve never heard of. Over a million people have discovered Heartfulness, a simple meditation practice that enables you to consciously rest your mind. The Heartfulness Conference series, in New Jersey on June 25, promises to be one of the most engaging events of the year for both experienced meditators and everyone wanting to overcome the stress of everyday life.
Participants will hear from featured speaker, Gabrielle Bernstein, NY Times bestselling author of “May Cause Miracles.” Gabrielle is a renowned motivational speaker and spiritual teacher, and has been named “a next-generation thought leader” by Oprah Winfrey.
The highlight of the event will be a conversation with Kamlesh D. Patel, the primary teacher of Heartfulness meditation, visiting from India. Kamlesh, a 40-year practitioner of Heartfulness meditation, is passionate about communicating his ideas on the science of meditation, evolution of consciousness and using the heart as a guide in everyday life. Kamlesh will give a talk and lead a meditation session. Later he will be joined Grammy-nominated flutist, Maestro Shashank. An expert by the age of six, Shashank’s landmark concerts over 30 years include performances at The Smithsonian, The Kennedy Center and the National Academy of Sciences.
