Most parents struggle to get their kids to eat healthy foods. Understanding this, author and mom, Kerry Alison Wekelo, decided to use her talents to write a fun activity book to encourage kids to try and enjoy eating fruits and vegetables. Her book, If It Does Not Grow—Just Say No: Eatable Activities for Kids, teaches children of all ages how to have fun with healthy foods. On Thursday, August 4, Wekelo will be presenting two Family Yoga classes and book signings at Be Here Now Yoga in Flemington. The classes will be held from 5:30 to 6:30pm and again from 7 to 8pm. Book signings will follow. The cost for each class is $12 per family and includes one signed copy of the book. Additional copies can be purchased for $8.
