Jen James will be offering Yoga Teacher Training and Continuing Education workshops at eZential Wellness’ new Branchburg location in January. In this 200-hour, Yoga Alliance Approved, Yoga Teacher Training program, students will deepen their practice and learn how to teach gentle hatha yoga, relaxation techniques and guided meditations.
