CKO Green Brook Celebrates 4th Anniversary   

CKO Kickboxing in Green Brook is four years old and going strong! As one of more than 90 CKO Kickboxing gyms across the country, CKO Green Brook continues to help people achieve their health and fitness goals through a combination of certified instructor-led one-hour kickboxing classes, nutritional consulting and products managed by an in-house Certified Nutrional Consultant. CKO Green Brook is open seven days a week and offers group classes, personal training, kids classes, special team classes for schools and corporate team building. CKO Green Brook invites interested participants to join their loyal and dedicated membership.
