The practice specializes in manual lymph drainage (MLD) massage, which is a specialized skin touch therapy focused on improved function of the lymphatic system. As the waste management system of the body and a support to healthy immune function, the lymphatic system plays a vital role in overall health. Lymphatic flow can be interrupted or become congested as a result of illness, surgery, trauma, environmental pollutants, injury or structural damage. Manual lymph drainage serves to restore flow and optimal function of this system.
