Emotional Support Animal Letter Drive

Having an emotional support animal has been shown to help ease the symptoms of mental health conditions by offering comfort and a renewed sense of hope. The Canine Care Emotional Support Animal Program, executively directed by The Happy Therapist, is providing emotional support animal letters that are protected under federal law by the Fair Housing Amendment Act (FHAA) and the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA). These protect an individual’s rights in housing and air travel when accompanied by their animal. To support these healing benefits, the Canine Care Emotional Support Animal Program is having a letter drive on April 23 from 3 to 9 p.m., which includes a mental health evaluation and a FHAA/ACAA eligible letter. The cost for the drive is $200.

Location: Center of Inner Transformations, 223 Route 18, East Brunswick. For more information, call 732-508-0052, email [email protected] or visit COITHEALTH.com. See ad, page 21.
