What’s New for 2022 at Be Here Now Yoga

Nestled in Flemington is a small studio:  Be Here Now Yoga. Studio owner and ERYT-500 yoga teacher Karen Walsh is excited to offer new classes, new student specials, and “I Can’t Do Yoga” Yoga. To encourage newcomers, the studio is offering a new student 3-pack for $25 and the 4th class is free.

“I Can’t Do Yoga” Yoga is a great start for those who think they aren’t flexible enough, are too old or too round. It’s also great for those who are just new to yoga. The 3-week series begins January 22, and teaches basic poses, breath awareness and the body connection. Classes are held in studio and on Zoom.

New classes include Fit and Flex, an invigorating class intended to lift the heart rate and build muscle, all while flowing through classic yoga poses. YinYasa, a blend of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). YinYasa allows students to ease into their practice with slow, nourishing stretches as we build up to moderately paced standing sequences, connecting our breath to movement, ending with deep stretching.

Additional classes include Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Core, Yoga for Low Back and Prime of Life Yoga™, and more. See the website for full calendar.

Yoga is for everyone. Let 2022 be the year to begin, begin again, or continue your yoga experience.
