Let Earth, Wind & Fire Transform Your Life!

Superhuman health starts at Advanced Frequency Energy Spa (AFES). Turn back time and revitalize your body. We are not a gym, rather, we provide state of the art modalities to stimulate cellular activity, energizing and optimizing your body. Whether you’re looking to restore your energy, relieve anxiety and stress, improve sleep, detoxify your body, improve mental clarity and focus, or enhance your overall health and happiness, AFES offers a unique combination of biohacking technologies to help you achieve your goals. The Energy Enhancement System™, Superhuman Protocol™, and Oxygen Lounge are designed to provide pathways to optimal health and well-being. This article will focus on NJ’s only Certified Superhuman Protocol™ Center.

Superhuman Protocol™ (SHP) is a 45-minute 3-step routine that combines three cutting edge modalities, in a specific order, to restore order to your body.  SHP benefits individuals of all ages and physical conditions. As modern times have evolved, humans have become disconnected from our environment’s natural resources that recharge, refresh and refuel our bodies. SHP efficiently restores this connection.

Step 1 Magnetism (Earth)

Relax on our PureWave™ PEMF magnetic mat. Experience calming waves that charge your cells with electrons. As we age, red blood cells have a tendency to clump together, reducing their ability to flow and absorb oxygen. Receiving an electron charge enables RBCs to repel off each other, enhancing blood flow, and increasing oxygen absorption up to 900%.  Our ancestors lived outdoors and wore no shoes or leather shoes, breathed higher oxygen levels, and had greater exposure to natural light. They were connected to the earth, “grounding” naturally.  8 minutes on our magnetic mat is the equivalent of “grounding” 12 hrs. outside, simulating being connected to our magnetic earth! Oxygen depletion accelerates aging and disease. Now, RBCs are able to fully receive oxygen and are  ready for the next step.

Step 2 Oxygen (Wind)

Step 2 is Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT). Performing light exercise to elevate the heart rate, while wearing a medical-grade oxygen mask and breathing 93% pure oxygen for 10 minutes, saturates oxygen into every cell in the body. This prepares the body for the greatest and final step, detoxifying and super-charging the entire body with our red and near infrared Photo-bio-modulation Light Bed.

Step 3 Light (Fire)

In a private room, experience the benefits of the TheraLight 360 Pro Light Bed.  This state-of-the-art 45,000 LED red and near infrared light bed allows for multiple protocols with various frequencies. This is currently the most efficient light bed available and enables a full body session in only 10 minutes.

Becoming Superhuman

The purpose of performing Superhuman Protocol™ is to restore, detoxify, and energize cells. As we age, cells absorb toxins and free radicals. This oxidative stress inhibits optimal energy production by our cells. A lack of oxygen and energy accelerates aging. The red and near infrared light frequency therapy energizes and alkalinizes the body, relieves oxidative stress, eliminates toxins and free radicals, stimulates ATP energy production, and improves oxygenation and microcirculation. When cells are performing optimally, the body is able to heal itself, experiencing greater health, happiness and longevity. Join us today and experience the transformative power of Superhuman Protocol™ only at Advanced Frequency Energy Spa. Gift certificates are available.

Advanced Frequency Energy Spa is located at 431 Route 22 East (Bishop’s Plaza), Whitehouse Station. For information call 888-460-4050 and visit AdvancedFrequencyEnergySpa.com. See ad, page 7.

Tick Talk

Spring officially sprung on March 21. We have turned our clocks ahead. We are looking forward to warm winds, sunny skies and the smell of fresh cut grass. The daffodils and tulips have recently bloomed and we are just starting with the yard work that comes with the warmer weather.  Sadly, another season has started ramping up.  Tick season.

•             The best form of protection is prevention. Educating oneself about tick activity and how our behaviors overlap with tick habitats is the first step.

•             According to the NJ DOH, in 2022 Hunterdon County led the state with a Lyme disease incidence rate of 426 cases per 100,000 people. The fact is ticks spend approximately 90% of their lives not on a host but aggressively searching for one, molting to their next stage or over-wintering. This is why a tick remediation program should be implemented on school grounds where NJ DOH deems high risk for tick exposure and subsequent attachment to human hosts.

•             Governor Murphy has signed a bill that mandates tick education in NJ public schools. See this for the details.  Tick education must now be incorporated into K-12 school curriculum. See link:

https://www.nj.gov/education/broadcasts/2023/sept/27/TicksandTick-BorneIllnessEducation.pdf

•             May is a great month to remind the public that tick activity is in full swing. In New Jersey, there are many tickborne diseases that affect residents, including Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Lyme disease, Powassan, and Spotted Fever Group Rickettsiosis.

•             For years, the focus has mainly been about protecting ourselves from Lyme disease. But other tick-borne diseases are on the rise in Central Jersey. An increase of incidence of Babesia and Anaplasma are sidelining people too. These two pathogens are scary because they effect our blood cells. Babesia affects the red blood cells and Anaplasma effects the white blood cells.

•             Ticks can be infected with more than one pathogen. When you contract Lyme it is possible to contract more than just that one disease. This is called a co-infection. It is super important to pay attention to your symptoms. See link.
