A Personalized Approach to Wellness at LDR Healing

In today’s fast-paced world, many people struggle to find healing that goes beyond treating surface symptoms. While traditional medicine plays an important role in addressing specific conditions, holistic healing offers a deeper, more personalized path—one that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Lisa Diamond, founder of LDR Healing, is a seasoned Holistic Healer and Life Coach whose integrative approach helps people create lasting transformation from the inside out.

HEALING BEYOND SYMPTOMS

Lisa’s philosophy is rooted in the understanding that true health is not about fixing isolated issues. Each person is a whole being shaped by family history, past experiences, environment, and emotions. Pain, illness, and stress often have hidden roots that must be uncovered to create real change.

Through her work, Lisa dives beneath the surface, helping clients explore the deeper causes of their struggles. She integrates Life Coaching, Family Constellations, Energy Healing, Trauma Release, and Chinese Medicine to provide support for challenges ranging from chronic pain and anxiety to personal growth and emotional clarity.

A PERSONALIZED, NON-INVASIVE APPROACH

What makes Lisa’s work unique is the deeply individualized way she approaches each client. “I look at the person sitting in front of me as a complete being that came from a whole family system of hundreds of relatives,” she explains. “Their career, relationships, emotions, and past experiences all play a role in their health.”

By asking thoughtful questions, Lisa helps clients uncover patterns and hidden influences that contribute to physical or emotional distress. With these insights, she designs a healing plan tailored to each person’s needs—non-invasive, compassionate, and transformative.

TRAINING AND EXPERTISE

Lisa’s work is grounded in years of study and certification. She trained extensively with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, a pioneer in integrative medicine whose methods address chronic, often undiagnosed health challenges through tools like Autonomic Response Testing (ART). These techniques identify stressors and imbalances that traditional medicine often overlooks.

She is also trained in Family Constellation Therapy, created by Dr. Bert Hellinger, which reveals how unresolved family and ancestral patterns can affect health, relationships, and well-being. By working with these hidden dynamics, clients often find breakthroughs that ripple across their lives.

By blending Klinghardt’s medical insights with Hellinger’s systemic healing, Lisa offers a truly multi-dimensional approach.

THE HEALING TOOLBOX

At LDR Healing, clients can access a wide range of therapies, including:

Life Coaching – Helps clients gain clarity, emotional growth, and direction.

Family Constellations – Brings healing to ancestral and family-based dynamics.

Energy Healing – Clears patterns that keep the body and mind stuck.

Color Therapy – Uses light and color frequencies to shift emotional and physical states.

Trauma Therapy – Gently releases deeply held trauma and unconscious beliefs.

Supplements – High-quality herbal and natural remedies to support balance.

Chinese Medicine – Time-tested protocols that restore the body’s natural rhythm.

Applied Psycho-Neurobiology (APN) – Resolves unconscious emotional blocks.

Sound Therapy – Voice-based analysis to restore harmony in the system.

Tapping (EFT) – Releases stress and trauma by stimulating meridian points.

Genograms – Visual maps of family relationships that reveal hidden patterns.

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) – Identifies stressors through biofeedback.

Each technique can be powerful on its own, but when combined, they create profound, long-lasting transformation.

THE LDR HEALING PHILOSOPHY

For Lisa, healing is not about providing a quick fix—it’s about empowering clients to step into their fullest potential. Her work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for the uniqueness of every individual.

Clients at LDR Healing don’t just receive therapies; they embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal, learning how to reconnect with their bodies, release burdens from the past, and embrace new possibilities for the future.

A NEW ERA OF WELLNESS

As more people seek integrative, non-invasive alternatives to conventional care, LDR Healing stands out as a safe, supportive space for transformation. Lisa’s holistic approach is a reminder that real healing involves more than treating symptoms—it requires addressing the deeper causes of imbalance while honoring the wisdom of the body.

For those ready to explore a new path, LDR Healing offers a doorway into lasting wellness. With Lisa’s guidance, the journey toward wholeness becomes not just possible—but profoundly life-changing.

Tick Tackler

Spring officially sprung on March 21. We have turned our clocks ahead. We are looking forward to warm winds, sunny skies and the smell of fresh cut grass. The daffodils and tulips have recently bloomed and we are just starting with the yard work that comes with the warmer weather.  Sadly, another season has started ramping up.  Tick season.

•             The best form of protection is prevention. Educating oneself about tick activity and how our behaviors overlap with tick habitats is the first step.

•             According to the NJ DOH, in 2022 Hunterdon County led the state with a Lyme disease incidence rate of 426 cases per 100,000 people. The fact is ticks spend approximately 90% of their lives not on a host but aggressively searching for one, molting to their next stage or over-wintering. This is why a tick remediation program should be implemented on school grounds where NJ DOH deems high risk for tick exposure and subsequent attachment to human hosts.

•             Governor Murphy has signed a bill that mandates tick education in NJ public schools. See this for the details.  Tick education must now be incorporated into K-12 school curriculum. See link:

•             May is a great month to remind the public that tick activity is in full swing. In New Jersey, there are many tickborne diseases that affect residents, including Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Lyme disease, Powassan, and Spotted Fever Group Rickettsiosis.

•             For years, the focus has mainly been about protecting ourselves from Lyme disease. But other tick-borne diseases are on the rise in Central Jersey. An increase of incidence of Babesia and Anaplasma are sidelining people too. These two pathogens are scary because they effect our blood cells. Babesia affects the red blood cells and Anaplasma effects the white blood cells.

•             Ticks can be infected with more than one pathogen. When you contract Lyme it is possible to contract more than just that one disease. This is called a co-infection. It is super important to pay attention to your symptoms. See link.
