Apr 02, 2026 11:05PM ● By Jerome Bilaos

Kristin Hummel, RN, a certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner and founder of Epiphany Holistic Health & Wellness, is now offering sessions designed to help individuals release stored stress and unresolved emotional patterns. This gentle, noninvasive modality is supported by research and may help relieve anxiety, overwhelm and stress-related physical symptoms.

Chronic stress and unresolved emotions are increasingly recognized as contributing factors to physical discomfort and imbalance. NET works by identifying emotional responses held in the body and helping regulate the nervous system, supporting both emotional healing and overall well-being—without medication. It can also complement other holistic or medical treatments.

Hummel specializes in supporting women experiencing burnout, persistent stress or physical symptoms without clear cause. Sessions are personalized to address each client’s unique needs.

Introductory sessions are available for a limited time, offering an affordable way to experience this powerful approach. Appointments are available in Clinton and Flemington, with limited availability.
