NJ Natural Medicine's Petite Retreat Celebrates the Earth Element

Jul 30, 2026 04:56PM ● By Jerome Bilaos

NJ Natural Medicine will host the next installment of its Petite Retreat series with Come Home to Your Center, an Earth-themed wellness experience from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September 13 at the Lamington Schoolhouse in Bedminster.

Building on the success of July’s Fire Element retreat, this immersive gathering explores the Earth element through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine. Associated with late summer, the Earth element represents grounding, nourishment, balance and emotional stability while supporting the body’s digestive and nurturing systems.

Co-hosted by naturopathic physician Dr. Jason Frigerio and acupuncturist Kat Dunbar, the retreat blends gentle qi gong, yoga, acupuncture, a hands-on seasonal craft and a nourishing meal into a restorative small-group experience. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves and cultivate practical wellness habits they can carry into everyday life.

Attendance is limited to encourage meaningful connection and personalized attention. Cost is $300 per person; register with a friend and both receive 10 percent off.

Location: 300 Lamington Rd., Bedminster. For more information or to register, call 973-267-2650 or scan the QR code on the ad on page 4. NJNaturalMedicine.com.
