A Year and a Day Mystical Shoppe will host an interactive Human Design class from 4 to 6 p.m., October 18, in Asbury Park.

Led by Anna, the introductory workshop invites participants to explore what makes them uniquely themselves, from how they process information and interact with others to patterns they may be ready to release. Human Design draws from several traditions and systems, including the I Ching, Kabbalah, astrology and concepts related to human biology.

Using their date, time and place of birth, participants will create a personal Human Design chart and receive guidance in understanding its elements. The class will also introduce the five Human Design Types and explore how different Types relate and interact.

Continuing classes will be available for those interested in going deeper.

Cost is $75. Preregistration is required.
