Who am I

I am a Soul Motion Certified teacher, as well as a Certified Yoga teacher. I am a Reiki Master and in Jin Shin Do Acupressure training. I also hold a M.S. in Counseling Psychology as well as a Pharm.D. degree. I am a woman who lives in her feelings and in her connection to the Great Spirit. My deep faith in the divine and in my own deep self is what leads in my life. It is from this that I draw my inspiration. Creative endeavors, like Soul Motion, as well as pastel work/painting ground me like nothing else, and helps me find freedom in my body, and in my life. I am a blossoming artist, writer, reiki healer (distance and in-person), astrologist, intuitive reader, sound healer, teacher, and acupressurist.
