Intro to Ashtanga

Ashtanga vinyasa consists of breath synchronized progressive series of postures that generates internal heat, profuse sweating and flexibility. The result is a strong and light body and calmness of the mind. Although ashtanga is not inherently aerobic, it results in improved cardiovascular efficiency and benefits generally associated with aerobic activities. It also results in developing a strong core and upper body strength.
