Find your zen in the midst of our blooming Lavender field during this relaxing all-level yoga class. Most commonly used in aromatherapy, the lavender plant is believed to help promote calmness and wellness in the mind/body. Allow the aromas to surround you as you surrender to the peaceful flow of your practice in the middle of a lavender field in full bloom. To top off the evening, you’ll be guided on how to pick your own Lavender Bouquet to take home and enjoy for weeks to come. Class Note: All Students MUST bring a Yoga mat. They will not be provided.
