Chakra Workshop
Join us for an 8-session journey of exploration through the Chakra system. This is the 2nd installment of a bi-weekly course that will include chill sessions, meditations, energy work, herbology, crystals, and more…
This session will focus on the Root chakra. We encourage you to wear the designated chakra color for the day (the Root chakra is red). You are welcome to bring an expression of your own personal relation to each chakra. This includes, crystals, gift from loved one, etc… We will be providing stones for each session and including corresponding herbal teas. Please bring a yoga mat. Pre-Registration is required.
