If you have trouble moving fluidly when you wake up in the morning, if you feel like no matter how much you stretch you are still tight, if you have pain that roves around your body, you might have tight fascia. Tight fascia can lead to arthritis, inflammation, premature aging and a general sense of feeling blah. There are many ways to work with fascia to keep it fluid and healthy. Join Bonnie in this journey through the fascia! Get to know this elusive and important tissue that pervades your body. We will be doing practices to help us become more sensitive and responsive to fascial tightness. You will learn how to release it on your own at home. No previous yoga experience required. Come dressed in comfortable clothing as we will be moving our bodies. Online option available (via zoom) upon request once registered for the workshop.
