Intro to Yoga Level 3
We will start with a grounding meditation, review 1-2 key poses and one short yoga sequence. Next we will incorporate poses and sequence learned into a short yoga flow followed by the best part--savasana (final relaxation).
Some experience and understanding of yoga poses recommended but not necessary. In this series we will focus on how to move from one asana (pose) to the next with beginner friendly vinyasas that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
