Sound Healing

This is a beautiful sound healing event.  We will begin with a brief centering meditation for you to 'land' here in the space.  Then, you will simply lay down on a yoga mat that you have brought or that is provided.  There are plenty available for you to use.  With blankets. 

And, the sounds of the gongs, crystal bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, and other sound healing instruments will create a soundscape around you for to let go and release the energy you no longer need. 

Get up from the experience feeling refreshed and revitalized, returned back to your naturally high frequency. 

Sound Vibration is the frequency of creation and all of life--it is the most natural form of healing.   Open up to your own natural body wisdom, that bypasses the thinking mind.
