As a Reiki Practitioner and an herbalist, I am happy to bring you a workshop on herbs for working with your solar plexus. We will begin this workshop with a discussion about the Solar Plexus Chakra followed by drinking tea and a mediation specific to the Solar Plexus. Through this class you will learn about herbs that support your Solar Plexus, such as but not limited to: Goldenrod, Evening Primrose, Lemon Balm and Verbena. During the workshop, you will blend your own solar plexus supporting tea. You will also leave with ways in which you can continue to support your solar plexus through plant magic and ritual.
