Discover the benefits of tai chi in a class designed specifically for seniors. Gentle, low-impact exercises focus on slow, flowing movements that will improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in everyday activities. Seated, standing, and moving tai chi exercises will help improve ankle, knee, and hip mechanics as well as balance, breathing, and coordination.
This class will include gentle stretching for every part of the body. No prior experience is necessary. Movements can be done standing or seated, making this class accessible to all mobility levels. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, stability, enhance joint health, or simply find a peaceful moment in your day, this class offers an opportunity to move at your own pace.
