Sandra Toles is excited to announce the opening of Sandra’s Garden of Healing. She decided to become a Reiki Master after having spent the last thirty years as a nurse devoted to helping others.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses universal energy to promote healing in the body. It balances the energy in your body and helps reduce stress, relieve pain and alleviate anxiety. It is a non-invasive gentle energy that is brought in through the hands. A treatment feels warm and relaxing and is done by holding the hands just above the body or lightly touching the body while lying on a table fully clothed.

Reiki allows her to help people not only on a physical level but on spiritual and energetic levels too.
