Ouch! We say this when our bodies are injured. However, we rarely use this simple word to exclaim when our heart is wounded, our feelings hurt, or our life altered by a painful experience, which leads to the need for forgiveness.

On Saturday, November 21, from 9:00-3:00 at Waterloo United Methodist Church in Waterloo Village, Pastor Tim Nicinski guides participants in an exploration of forgiveness—how it works and how it heals. “Forgiveness doesn’t excuse bad behavior; forgiveness prevents that behavior from holding us back,” states Pastor Nicinski.
