Introduction to T’ai Chi Chuan with Christopher Plummer

Need a break from the holiday madness? Consider taking a T’ai Chi Chuan class at Yoga Central. On Saturday, December 11 from 2:30-4:00 p.m., instructor Christopher Plummer will lead a 90-minute introduction class in which participants learn the basic principles and postures that will provide them with a strong foundation in T’ai Chi Chuan. The course will introduce the fundamental stances, principles of weight shift, movement, stepping and several of the postures of the Yang family 13 Posture short form.
