Are you ready to take your yoga training to a new level? Be Here Now Yoga is offering its 200-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training course beginning in late August, with classes meeting monthly through June 2018. In addition to covering the basics, the training includes units on chair yoga, restorative yoga, how to teach true beginners and yoga students over age 40.

In 2016, Karen Walsh, studio owner and RYT-200 instructor, completed her Prime of Life Yoga™ (POLY) training. She recognizes the challenges that either bring us to or keep us on the mat as we hit our prime of life, and brings her love of yoga to the students she teaches.
