Self-Care Sound Bath

Experience the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls to boost immunity and your state of mind. A few supported restorative poses warm up the parasympathetic nervous system and prepare us for immersion in a crystal bowl sound bath designed to reinvigorate the entire chakra and nervous systems.
