Adopt-A-Family Restorative Class

This Thanksgiving, let's help our neighbors struggling through these difficult economic times while gifting yourself with a relaxing, restorative yoga class.

The class will include gentle stretches, supported resting poses, a grounding Yoga Nidra, and an intention of gratitude. Use ours, or bring with you: 1 mat, 1 blanket, 3 large towels or yoga blankets, a bolster or two pillows, an eye pillow (optional).

Attend class in-person or virtually! Please register so we know you're attending!

ALL PROCEEDS for Adopt-A-Family, sponsored by the Somerset County Freeholders, will be donated to Food Bank Network of Somerset County.
