A creative & dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link āsanas (yoga poses), sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, build strength, & allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. Join Natalie Apadula for a dynamic combination of Prānāyāma (breath work), challenging yet accessible sequences, & refreshing, meditative movement. Each class offers an opportunity to be intentional, grounded, & connected to mind, body, & heart.
This mixed level class is designed for students with some yoga experience.
