Summer Solstice Restorative Yoga
Welcome the new season with a Restorative Yoga Class designed to revive & restore the mind & body.
Embrace the sounds of the beach with Tibetan singing bowls & ocean drum. Enjoy the subtle aroma of a beach summer incense as you open the heart, hips & mind slowly to summer. Katie will guide you gently into 3-5 supported yoga poses to open & stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system & prepare the body for the summer season.
Recommended Props: 4 yoga blankets or beach towels 2 yoga blocks 1 bolster or pillow 1 eye pillow (optional)
